Robert Johnson

Legendary bluesman, whose life, identity, and music are often the subject of debate. He supposedly claimed to have sold his soul to the devil to play guitar. In any case, he is credited with writing some of the most-often covered blues tracks. He died in 1938 at age the 27, poisoned by a jealous husband.
