  • The story took awhile to grab my interest. The main character was rather dull and boring, especially early on. It does pick up, though. And when I finished initially, I had to re-read the ending to see if what I thought actually happened did actually happen. I went over reviews on Amazon just to compare thoughts. The story is much richer than you might think at the start.
