Caesar III

Cool game, although I had problems managing at higher levels. I found that it got rather tedious the larger your city became; the route-finding AI was particularly suspect and caused more than a few headaches (e.g. a patrol ignoring certain parts while over-patrolling other areas). It was fun for a little while but I didn't go too far into the game.
