Description

This is Anthrax's first album in 5 years and the first since September 11, 2001 when the name "Anthrax" took on a new meaning. Fortunately they stuck to their guns and kept the name. This album features the addition of Rob Caggiano on lead guitar (a position that has been vacant since Danny Spitz quit after Sound of White Noise), and it is a hard-hitting, heart-thumping return of one of the kings of heavy metal.

Reviews

  • Anthrax has returned in perfect form. Stomp 442, and Volume 8 were both good albums, but this latest disc crushes those releases. It is definately their best album since "Sound of White Noise" in 1992, and has some of the best songs they've written in a long time. "What Doesn't Die," "Anyplace But Here," "Nobody Knows Anythingm," and "Black Dahlia" stick out in my mind as the heaviest and greatest tracks on this excellent release.
